Shipping Policy

Thank you very much for placing order with us! 

Please be informed that Big Bad Wolf Books Sdn Bhd (“BBW”) will only deliver your order within Hong Kong. Delivery of your order may vary within 15 – 21 business days after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed. All delivery times quoted are mere estimates based on availability and normal processing of the delivery company responsible to deliver your products to you.

Upon checking out, you will be notified via email on your order confirmation. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with all the necessary details including tracking number for your order from the delivery company.

Please be informed that we only perform door to door delivery. We do not accept delivery to PO boxes.

Orders will be delivered to the exact address provided by you when placing your order. The delivery company may contact you to notify you of an upcoming delivery and/or an unsuccessful delivery. As such, please ensure that you provide us with an accurate and complete delivery address and contact number to facilitate final delivery. BBW shall not be held liable for any losses, liabilities, damages, costs and/or expenses arising out of late or failed delivery of your orders to you.
 
If you wish to change the delivery address after successfully placing your order, you agree to bear the additional shipping fees. 

We will use our best endeavours to deliver your order to you as soon as practicable. If you do not receive your goods within twenty-one (21) business days from the date on which they were dispatched to you, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at supporthk@bigbadwolfbooks.com of the problem within twenty-five (25) business days from the date on which they were dispatched to you.

If you do notify us within twenty-five (25) business days from the date on which the products were dispatched to you, we will look into the matter and at our sole discretion, make good the non-delivery of the products. However, if the non-delivery was due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address and/or contact number provided by you when you place your order, you agree to bear the re-shipping fees and any administration charges incurred.

If we do not receive any notification from you within twenty-five (25) business days from the date on which the products were dispatched to you, we will dispose your order without giving you notice and will have no liability to refund to you the monies you paid for the order.
